Every ballot cast where the Lib/Labs are put last helps put the wind up them.

Vote One Nation, Country Party, Science Party, People's Party, etc, in your preferred order, down to 10 and 11 for Lib/Lab depending on your which you distrust the most.

Except they aren't - that was fake news made up by Margot Kingston and latched onto by all the major party toady media.

The greatest threats to our society come from the globalist agenda (Lib/Lab) and the identity politics/gender theory/neo-marxist agenda (Lab/Greens).
*ANY* party is at this stage a better option that the major parties who are conspiring to destroy our society.

The neo-marxist insanity is still being gleefully fanned by the Russians:

You have NEVER met Me, Mark Latham or Pauline Hanson!

I have, Mark used to be a neighbor as Labor leader, knew Pauline
long before she went into politics.

You just pack more and more shit into your pointy head from Fairfax

You now know nothing! Doubt if you ever will

Pretzel even if you did know Latham or Hanson, it is irrelevant to how a
halfway intelligent person evaluates another human being. It's no
surprise that you are the village idiot of this group when you make
stupid comments such as this latest post of yours.

I've had dealing with Andrews, Abetz and Abbott and many other
politicians but just because I can claim to know them does not mean I'm
stupid enough to say that just because I know them it makes them decent,
likeable or to have good polities.

Liked Mark very much but wouldn't vote Labor

If Mark stands for any other parties he has my number 1 vote.

how many times? And she's made multiple poor choices in all of the men

Of course it is very possible for political animals who say they are
'pro Australia' to be highly racist. Any group that describes
themselves as 'patriots' are usually so far to the right that they are
almost or fully fascist and ON is most definitely to the far right of
the political spectrum. ON is suspect for multiple reasons.

you can vote for dual citizen, fake medals or dodgy tradesman
Every ballot cast where the Lib/Labs are put last helps put the wind up them.
Vote One Nation, Country Party, Science Party, People's Party, etc, in your preferred order, down to 10 and 11 for Lib/Lab depending on your which you distrust the most.
Been saying this for years!
Greens = Communist
Labor = Socialist
Coalition - Globalist
All are corrupt self serving arseholes
You forgot ON and most of the rest = racist/bigoted bogans (this is
using bogan in its' disparaging form)
Being pro-Australia you call racist?
Of course it is very possible for political animals who say they are
'pro Australia' to be highly racist. Any group that describes
themselves as 'patriots' are usually so far to the right that they are
almost or fully fascist and ON is most definitely to the far right of
the political spectrum. ON is suspect for multiple reasons.

This is pure propaganda. The "patriots" are nowhere near the Right extreme as the "antifa" are close to the Left extreme.

Remember - the "antifa" wave around red and black flags, flags that betray their commitment to an ideology that was responsible for the gulags, purges, various genocides and industrial-scale persecutions, and ultimately 100 million deaths.

Even if the "patriots" were waving actual fascist flags, that would not put them on equal footing with the sheer evil that is represented by the open support for marxist ideology by a large swathe of extreme leftists who demonstrate and/or use their taxpayer-funded positions in our universities to inject their extremist poison into our society.

THE KEY STATISTIC FROM ‘SUPER SATURDAY’

You won’t see this number in the mainstream media or in spin from the
major parties. But across the five by-elections yesterday, the
combined major party vote (Labor plus Liberal), on average, was just
55.8%.

True, the Liberal Party didn’t field candidates in Perth or Fremantle,
but taking the average for the other three seats (Longman, Braddon and
Mayo), the combined Labor/Liberal vote was 62.5%. This was down from
78.3% at the 2013 Federal election in those three electorates. That
is, in just five years the minor party vote has increased from 21.7%
to 37.5% - a striking shift in voter sentiment.

Have no doubt, due to their failures over the past decade, the major
parties are on the nose. In two significant cases, the Liberal primary
vote has collapsed. In 2013 under Tony Abbott, the Liberals had a
primary vote of 44.8% in Longman and 53.8% in Mayo. Yesterday under
Malcolm Turnbull, these figures were 28.6% and 36.3% respectively – in
both cases, a drop of 16-17%.

Longman and Mayo are outer suburban/hinterland seats, the kind of
electorates that usually determine general election results. Turnbull,
with his aloof manner and policy timidity, is poison for the Liberals
in these seats. (Note also how the Liberal primary vote in Braddon
dropped by 8% between 2013 and yesterday). Abbott was far more
effective as Liberal leader in the outer suburbs and hinterland areas.

The only plus for the Liberals out of yesterday is they get to keep
Bill Shorten as Opposition Leader. Due to his lies and shifty manner,
Shorten is massively unpopular, with a 60% disapproval rating in the
key state of Queensland.

Early in the by-election campaigns, the Albanese forces were gearing
up to replace Shorten. But then it became clear in Labor polling that
they were doing much better in Longman than the newspaper polls
indicated. This is why last week Albo said he would not challenge
Shorten – he knew there would be no trigger for a challenge, as there
would be no by-election losses.

In the last three weeks of the campaign, Labor shielded its candidate
Susan Lamb from media exposure – a sure sign it thought she was in
front and needed to avoid errors. The published polls, especially
ReachTel, got Longman badly wrong – a lesson going forward in trusting
telephone polling in marginal seats. ReachTel also badly messed up a
WA state by-election result recently, so it’s on the skids.

Why has the minor party vote increased so sharply, to well over
one-third of the electorate on yesterday’s results? I think the answer
is simple: Australian politics has ended a weird Twilight Zone. The
major parties have failed on energy policy, immigration, education,
health, economic management, deficit reduction, tax policy, wages
growth and in refusing to stand up against political correctness and
identity politics.

As a result of these failures, Labor and Liberal run surreal campaigns
against each other in key seats – with intense negativity against the
other side, and a series of empty slogans pretending they still have
policy solutions. Shorten, for instance, talks a lot about improving
hospitals, schools and wages growth but hasn’t got a clue as to how
this might be achieved (other than by throwing good money after bad).

The system has become a joke. Labor and Liberal campaign by squabbling
over the scraps of their own failures. As the ALP strategist Bruce
Hawker has admitted, up to 47% of the electorate is now either
supporting a minor party or thinking about it. People aren’t silly,
they know a broken system when they see one and quite sensibly, they
are looking for third party alternatives.

55.8%.
Was it? Cite please. I assume Mayo would pull the figures down massively
So what, we all know how the system works so you can make a protest vote
but get your preference to elect who you would rather have
Mark Latham
Really? That means I'll have to do the figures myself.

Of course even Latham says that when there was actually a Labor and
Liberal candidate it was 62+% (well according to his figures) and of
course that was biased by a CA candidate in Mayo.

So basically this is more Latham spin and bullshit that only the feeble
minded would quote.

Where do you get these figures?????? I just did a very quick add of the
numbers at the tally room for Longman and only looked at Longman given
that it's more likely for Queenslanders to be rather more conservative
and to vote for nutters like ON.

I deleted any vote for the Greens (4013 votes since I thought I'd need
to add them to the mainstream parties since theya re in the House and
Senate) and just added up the others. Combined vote for the two majors
was 57,555 and for the tiddlers and nutters the total vote was 18,829
(of that ON got 13,273 votes)

Your figure doesn't work for Longman.

They only work at all if you take in Perth and Fremantle where the LNP
didn't put up a candidate. Take out these 2 and it is 62.5% according to
Latham but that still has Mayo in it where an 'independent' won
strongly. So it it BS basically

It doesn't matter who did or did not field a candidate - the point is
valid: 44% of ballots cast were for non lib/lab candidates.

Of course it matters who did or did not field a candidate!!!!! Your
whole premise (and that of the nuttie Latham) was that non mainstream
candidates got a high vote percentage in comparison to the major parties
and that is not true.

It's no such thing. Any Australian with half a brain knows to check the
results in the tally room and that shows that both you and Latham are
are in error. In Mayo (where there was a 2 horse race between only
Sharkie and Downer, Sharkie got 58% of the vote but that was the only
place with a high number that didn't involve Lib/Lab/Green.

said was accurate, b) you can't find the Tally Room, and c) you can't do
simple sums.
I did check the figures, they show much less support for Liberal/Labor
Minor and independent vote growing
IF you checked the figures as you say you did, you'd know that what
Latham said is rot.
The combined Liberal and Labor vote across the three electorates of
Longman, Braddon and Mayo was just 62.5% on Saturday, down from 78.3%
in the 2013 federal election results in those seats.

in in just five years the minor party vote has increased from 21.7% to
37.5% - a striking shift in voter sentiment.

Looks like Labor/Liberal can now be called minor parties.

Straight from my quotes from the Latham piece, in Mayo Sharkie got 44%
of the primary compared to the LNP/Lab vote of 42% so that skews these
figures massively and won't be reflected in a full election. BTW Longman
it was 69% of the primary and Braddon 76%

Pauline Hanson:
Thank you to everyone throughout Longman who turned out for the
by-election and voted for One Nation.

One Nation spent around $30,000 on running our campaign across the
electorate versus Labor's $1,000,000.00 (One Million dollars).

This means we spent roughly $2.26 for each vote we received, whereas
Labor spent $29.97 per vote.

I can't thank Matthew Stephen enough for the hard work he put in over
the past 2 months.

Matthew has taken One Nation's vote to 15.93% (up +6.51%) from 2016,
with a vote of 13,623.

It's also worth noting that 1 in 5 people enrolled didn't vote which
says to me that people either didn't know the by-election was on, or
they just chose not to come out to vote.

I'm sure the media will find a reason to ridicule our result, but I'm
very proud of our increase.

It's also worth noting that 1 in 5 people enrolled didn't vote which
says to me that people either didn't know the by-election was on, or
they just chose not to come out to vote.
People would have had to have had their heads buried not to know that
there were by-elections going on, so I'd go with your second
suggestion!!
naah, some people have a life other than listening to the depraved
desperate rantings of the media. Election ===SNORE.

We get two free local papers delivered each week here, but many people
don't even collect them from the kerb and even fewer only use for the
budgie cage/pets purposes. after decades of perusing them both, I don't
blame them. It is hard to tell what is "real news" from the advertorials
and it is very easy to miss any information. As well, one is News Corp
and they never give full reporting of anything political.

Lol, the Labor guy unseated the well known Lib guy in the state seat by
actually door knocking much of the electorate so they knew who he was.

The Fed lib killed himself by doing the nodding dog behind the various
Lib leaders. Spot the wussel was about the ony thing interesting for the
last federal election. Hmm, the libs turned out to be worried.

Bryan Doyle took Campbelltown from crooked Labor which was a very safe
Labor seat, Labor stood a creep from Narralen Greg Warren (not a
Campbelltonian like you or me). His factious latest rave is for State
to put in High Rise station car park (NSW Labor built none). Which was
built by Cambelltown Council and is full by mainly Narralen residents
by 5:30:am (1000 spaces) till 7:30pm. One Train holds 1000 passengers
so how high and how big does he think this car park should be? Double
the size fills just one more train which leaves 10 minutes after the
5:30am one and so on

Rubbish. Federal Electoral boundary change, Wussel wanted to stand for
the division of Hume because it was known Macarthur would fall.

Go away and do some basic maths and some basic homework since you
obviously are admitting that a) you didn't check whether what Latham
said was accurate, b) you can't find the Tally Room, and c) you can't do
simple sums.
Straight from my quotes from the Latham piece, in Mayo Sharkie got 44%
of the primary compared to the LNP/Lab vote of 42% so that skews these
figures massively and won't be reflected in a full election. BTW Longman
it was 69% of the primary and Braddon 76%
And by elections are typically and "up yours" vote anyway. It would
have been very surprising if there had been any other result in any of
the seats IMO. Latham as usual is sprouting rubbish to his dim bulb
supporters. He's not a commentator who can be taken seriously.

you can vote for dual citizen, fake medals or dodgy tradesman
Every ballot cast where the Lib/Labs are put last helps put the wind up them.
Vote One Nation, Country Party, Science Party, People's Party, etc, in your preferred order, down to 10 and 11 for Lib/Lab depending on your which you distrust the most.
Been saying this for years!
Greens = Communist
Labor = Socialist
But across the five by-elections yesterday, the
combined major party vote (Labor plus Liberal), on average, was just
55.8%.
It doesn't matter who did or did not field a candidate - the point is valid: 44% of ballots cast were for non lib/lab candidates.

This is an informatice reflection of what Australians think of the value the Party system has been providing them over the past few decades.
