Discussion:
I believe 9/11 was an inside job. Am I kook? Why was I shot in the head in front of my mother in the street of a quiet neighbourhood just two weeks after I had started a 9/11 Truth group at my University? I was one of the most decorated science and engineering graduate students at my University and won national academic awards. My name was Michael Zebuhr.

What seperates naive fools who believe the 19 arabs and Osama story
from those who don't?

"Mike Zebuhr was a young man of rare personal and intellectual
qualities," said D&E President Tom Mann. "His premature death,
especially under such tragic circumstances, cannot help but haunt the
Davis & Elkins College community. Our hearts go out to his family and
loved ones. I hope there can be comfort for them in knowing that the
deep loss they are feeling is echoed in the sense of loss felt by his
many D&E friends, his faculty members and all of us who knew h im. I
trust there will be comfort for all of us in knowing that we are
richer for the years he shared with us."

While a D&E student, Zebuhr was listed frequently on the dean's list
and was included in Who's Who in American Universities and Colleges in
2005. He received the Mathematics, Computer Science and Physics
Department Award in 2004, the Chemistry Department Award in 2005 and
the faculty's Senior Award in 2005. This award is granted to a senior
student, with at least a 3.8 grade point average, who has achieved
excellence in a wide range of academic areas and in the quality of
personal and intellectual leadership provided. During his junior year,
Zebuhr was named a Distinguished Scholar by the Appalachian College
Association and received an Appalachian College Association
Scholarship.

He also earned The American Chemical Society's Polymer Education Award
in Organic Chemistry in 2004 and an undergraduate research internship
at the Kennedy Space Center in Fl orida funded by the National Science
Foundation in 2003. He was also a four-year member of the college's
ski team and was active in the Computer Club, Student Assembly, the
Mountain Bike Club and Alpha Psi Omega, a theatre honorary. According
to officials, a memorial service will be conducted on the D&E campus
at a later date, pending arrangements with Zebuhr's family.

"Mike was a hard working, dedicated, self motivated student," said Dr.
Lisa Benson, Zebuhr's advisor at Clemson. "He appreciated every
opportunity and took nothing for granted. That kind of student is a
joy to work with."

Benson, the education director at the Center for Advanced Engineering
Fibers and Films and the research director professor at the Department
of Bioengineering, said Zebuhr was highly respected by faculty, staff
and students and was an extremely generous and compassionate person.

"Everyone here is in shock," she said.

According to Benson, Zebuhr was interested in space flight and had
spoken of becoming a university professor.

"Mike was in the process of developing hands-on projects for middle
and high school students with intentions of sparking an interest in
science and engineering," Benson said. "He would have been a great
mentor for kids."

According to Benson, donations in Zebuhr's memory may be made online
at the Clemson University Foundation Web site at www.clemson.edu.
Checks may be made payable to Clemson University Foundation with a
notation at the bottom stating "in memory of Michael Zebuhr" and
mailed to: Clemson University Foundation, P.O. Box 1889, Clemson,
S.C., 29633-1889; or by calling the Clemson University Foundation Gift
Receiving at (864) 656-5666.

The university will create a holding account for the donations, and a
decision will be made with Zebuhr's family regarding a memorial
service, she said.

"Mike was simply an outstanding student and a compassionate person,"
Benson said. "We are a ll feeling this loss very deeply."

He is the son of Strong and Richard Zebuhr of Buckhannon.

Apart from studying bioengineering at Clemson University, Michael
Zebuhr was also a member of 9/11 Scholars for Truth.

Since when do two muggers hit on a group of four people, then randomly
shoot one of the people in the head when the money is handed over and
no resistance offered? Could this indeed be an execution? An attempt
to intimidate and silence the rest of the 911 Truth Movement?

100% Proof that WTC7 was brought down in a controlled fasion. This
contradicts the official claims that it fell by itself due to fire and
without interference.

Finally I get it!! Sunny I don't think what you call a kook is what

Obviously a kook in your mind is someone who wins US national Academic

Popular Mechanics have been exposed as blatant liars about thier
research.

For example here: Why do you think that Popular Mechanics lied about
"Pull it" being a demoliton term and then used the mainstream media to
spout that lie all over America?

Why do you think they arelying mate if there is noting to hide? Can
you answer that question? I bet you can't. I bet you get a case of
cognitive disonnance and would have a stroke or a heart attack to face
the blatantly obvious but painful truth.

Firefighter says "Can you please move back the building is about to
BLOW UP"

Is that a fire-fighter term for "collapse due to fire"?

and high school students with intentions of sparking an interest in
science and engineering," Benson said. "He would have been a great
mentor for kids."
According to Benson, donations in Zebuhr's memory may be made online
at the Clemson University Foundation Web site atwww.clemson.edu.
He is the son of Strong and Richard Zebuhr of Buckhannon.http://theintermountain.com/news/articles.asp?articleID=2588
Comment
Apart from studying bioengineering at Clemson University, Michael
Zebuhr was also a member of 9/11 Scholars for Truth.
Since when do two muggers hit on a group of four people, then randomly
shoot one of the people in the head when the money is handed over and
no resistance offered? Could this indeed be an execution? An attempt
to intimidate and silence the rest of the 911 Truth Movement?

100% Proof that WTC7 was brought down in a controlled fasion. This
contradicts the official claims that it fell by itself due to fire and

http://youtu.be/9YND7XocMoc
For example here: Why do you think that Popular Mechanics lied about
"Pull it" being a demoliton term and then used the mainstream media to
spout that lie all over http://youtu.be/jub8tQvrFxY
Why do you think they arelying mate if there is noting to hide? Can
you answer that question? I bet you can't. I bet you get a case of
cognitive disonnance and would have a stroke or a heart attack to face
the blatantly obvious but painful truth.
Firefighter says "Can you please move back the building is about to
BLOW UP"
Is that a fire-fighter term for "collapse due to fire"?
re Popular Mechanics... The term "pull it" is used in the demo
industry but it is not used to reference the use of explosve
demolition. Read my links or just look up some professional companies
and check out their websites or the websites of industry experts.
"Pull it" refers to attaching cables and and physically hauling the
structure down. I suggest American companies as foreign companies and
foreign languages are going to use a different lexicon.

re: firefighter... We can't know why this man used this phrase. All WE
can do is speculate. Interview him then we'll know for sure. My
speculation? The firefighter had been made aware of the massive fuel
storage in place in the building. I've seen them go "boom" several
times on one of those video shows on TV.

FYI... no I'm not an expert. I just refuse to accept non-expert
opinions as fact. If we talk "engineering", I accept an engineers
opinion. If we talk "fire" I accept a firefighters opinion. All others
are fact checked by soliciting expert opinions.

I read this from start to back - thanks for the link.

But I ask you one thing - read it with an open mind.

You will see that it is theory. They have taken events that they can
see (such as fires on certain floors, windows falling etc) obtained
from video and pictures and written a scenario to suit the fact that
the building collapsed.

Page 7 says it all:

Major Features Relative to the WORKING COLLAPSE HYPOTHESIS.

You toss "hypothesis" and "theory" around too easily. They have
greater meaning to actual scientists.

http://wilstar.com/theories.htm

For NIST to say for a "fact" that WTC7 collapsed in the way they
describe they would have to build a new WTC7, or acceptable
alternative and subject it too the same stresses. If their test
structure failed in exactly the same way... then they might progress
to "theory". Even then though one test wouldn't likely be sufficient.
Hypothesis is exactly the term they should have, and did, use.

Wiring WTC7 for demo fails the laugh test. You cannot hide the process
from the casual observer. The buildings structure is visibly
compromised. Support beams are exposed and in places weakened during
the prep, thousands of feet of det cord would be lying around
everywhere. Dozens of "new" faces would be seen around the building
for weeks.

From the link you gave:

Hypothesis: This is an educated guess based upon observation. It is a
rational explanation of a single event or phenomenon based upon what
is observed, but which has not been proved. Most hypotheses can be
supported or refuted by experimentation or continued observation.

The explanation given is an educated guess - an answer put together
that (even though not proven) will explain the question or situation.

As far as theory, their explanation is too limited (to their
explanation of the scientific only) - there are several ways to use
this word.

Theory: An assumption based on limited information or knowledge; a
conjecture.

Conjecture: Inference or judgment based on inconclusive or incomplete
evidence; guesswork.

My saying the hypothesis submitted is a theory certainly fits with the
meaning that it is an assumption based on limited information or
knowledge, inconclusive or incomplete evidence that most probably is
guesswork.

They have even admitted this by saying it is an 'hypothesis'.

You presume I agree with the demolition collapse, which I do not. In
fact I do not know where you got that idea.

That is the funny thing about this whole affair - if you even dare to
dispute the official version as being incomplete or inconclusive, even
hastily done, you are immediately associated with conspiracy
theorists.

There is a difference between looking for the truth past a hastily
finished official guess, and concocting a supposed truth yourself.

Unfortunately, that difference appears to be difficult for some to
understand.

So if you question anything about the official explanation, you are
labeled a kook.

Pretty funny really.

Major Features Relative to the WORKING COLLAPSE HYPOTHESIS.
It is simply a theory.
You toss "hypothesis" and "theory" around too easily. They have
greater meaning to actual scientists.
I do not think so, but that is personal opinion only, and I am
certainly not going to say you are incorrect in your interpretation of
the meaning - that is entirely your prerogative.

Wiring WTC7 for demo fails the laugh test. You cannot hide the process
from the casual observer. The buildings structure is visibly
compromised. Support beams are exposed and in places weakened during
the prep, thousands of feet of det cord would be lying around
everywhere. Dozens of "new" faces would be seen around the building
for weeks.

The point is it is educated guesswork. Scientific "FACT" will never be
applied to an accident because you cannot reproduce the extact
circumstances of the event. Too many variables. If you are seeking
absolutes will never be satisfied. A working hypothesis is all you

Well here you are making an assumption. The report was not hasty, the
final report came out in 2005. Perhaps a thousand experts from various
fields worked to analyse the events of 9/11. This work, to date, has
passed peer review.

BTW I don't begrudge anyone for looking for the truth. Just remember
to look at who is speaking before you give credence to their opinion.
A lot of people are making a living off this tragedy. Their opinion is
therefore suspect. to paraphrase Lincoln... "Just because you call a

Perhaps - but the ramifications of this event were world changing. I
would have thought that an educated guess, or a working hypothesis
would not be accurate enough for an event of this magnitude.

Not really an assumption. I have studied the computer simulations that
were made during the official report and they are definitely lacking
in certain detail. Granted the scenario they give works, but only if
the data is assumed correct.

Given that it comes from an hypothesis, there will always be doubt.

For example, you can assume there were supplies of diesel in building
7, but there is no proof of the fact as it has been destroyed.

If you believe the assumed amount of diesel was there - the simulation
works, but only if the diesel was present.

I am a mechanical engineer by trade, not structural, but I do have
some idea of how it works, and I do understand the calcs involved. :)

But I think you are right - an educated guess (or hypothesis) is the
closest we will ever get without a full size mock up being made.

And that is very unlikely.

Are you speaking of the visual aids or the FEA? One is simply a tool
to assist the readers understanding the other is a research tool. I
have no access to the FEA so I cannot debate the simulation.

The fuel was there for the emergency power generators. I'll assume
whoever was in charge of emergency preparedness was not incompetent
and that there would at least be an attempt to keep the tanks filled.
The company with the contract to fill the tanks probably has some
records.

Not disputing you... unless you came from Poland... I know way to many
mechanical engineers from there to accept them at face value :) , but
I don't have access to the calcs. Also lets not kid ourselves even
FEAs are built to some degree on assumptions/decisions made by the
engineer/programmer. And who knows whether the building contractor was
faithful to the arch. plans. That all the steel was to spec, that
footings were contructed properly, that some moron didn't renovate at
some point compromising the structure. Too many variables for

The latest word on "debunking the Debunkers" comes from a Theologian.

I don't know about you, and we all know that there isn't a society of engineers
who say that it was a controlled demolition, but I believe that the 9/11 Truth
folks should move out of their homes and offices and move into buildings
designed not by Architects and Engineers, but by Theologians!

It would give the Theologians some credibility in the needed areas of dispute.

No.
This is the actual page about WTC7

http://www.popularmechanics.com/technology/military_law/1227842.html?page=5

If you took the time to read it yourself, you will find the following
statements made by PM:

(I have put the important words in capitals, in case you miss them).

..............................................................................

NIST researchers now support the CURRENT HYPOTHESIS.

NIST investigators BELIEVE a combination of intense fire and severe
structural damage contributed to the collapse, though assigning the
exact proportion REQUIRES MORE RESEARCH.

NIST's analysis SUGGESTS the fall of WTC 7 was an example of
"progressive collapse,"

"What our preliminary analysis has shown is that if you take out just
one column on one of the lower floors," Sunder notes, "it COULD cause
a vertical progression of collapse so that the entire section comes
down."

There are two other POSSIBLE CONTRIBUTING FACTORS still under
investigation.

Investigators BELIEVE the fire was fed by tanks of diesel fuel that
many tenants used to run emergency generators.

Our CURRENT WORKING HYPOTHESIS.

..............................................................................

You will notice that every statement made by PM is backed with the
clause 'working hypothesis' or 'suggest' or 'it could have been' or
'possibly'.

PM does not know why WTC7 collapsed - they have put together an
article containing unproven theories and beliefs that have been
concocted to suit the event.

They contain not one substantiated reference to any physical formula
that can be verified by an engineer or scientist.

It is a layman article written by a layman journalist to appease a
layman public.

You want a conspiracy theory - this PM fairytale is one of the better.

But they do have one thing going for them - and that is there are
plenty of layman like you ready to believe their story.

According to Benson, donations in Zebuhr's memory may be made online
at the Clemson University Foundation Web site atwww.clemson.edu.

"Mike Zebuhr was a young man of rare personal and intellectual
qualities," said D&E President Tom Mann. "His premature death,

Well I think you'd have to encase your bicycle in concrete to
duplicate that effect and that might make it a little heavy to hold
over the edge. Might need a block and tackle.

Happy coincidenting!
<
That governments have permitted terrorist acts against their own
people, and have even themselves been perpetrators in order to find
strategic advantage is quite likely true, but this is the United
States we're talking about.
<
That intelligence agencies, financiers, terrorists and narco-
criminals
have a long history together is well established, but the Nugan Hand
Bank, BCCI, Banco Ambrosiano, the P2 Lodge, the CIA/Mafia
anti-Castro/Kennedy alliance, Iran/Contra and the rest were a long
time ago, so there's no need to rehash all that. That was then, this
is now!
<
That Jonathan Bush's Riggs Bank has been found guilty of laundering
terrorist funds and fined a US-record $25 million must embarrass his
nephew George, but it's still no justification for leaping to
paranoid
conclusions.
<
That George Bush's brother Marvin sat on the board of the
Kuwaiti-owned company which provided electronic security to the World
Trade Centre, Dulles Airport and United Airlines means nothing more
than you must admit those Bush boys have done alright for themselves.
<
That George Bush found success as a businessman only after the
investment of Osama's brother Salem and reputed al Qaeda financier
Khalid bin Mahfouz is just one of those things - one of those crazy
things.
<
That Osama bin Laden is known to have been an asset of US foreign
policy in no way implies he still is.
<
That al Qaeda was active in the Balkan conflict, fighting on the same
side as the US as recently as 1999, while the US protected its cells,
is merely one of history's little aberrations.
<
The claims of Michael Springman, State Department veteran of the
Jeddah visa bureau, that the CIA ran the office and issued visas to
al
Qaeda members so they could receive training in the United States,
sound like the sour grapes of someone who was fired for making such
wild accusations.
<
That one of George Bush's first acts as President, in January 2001,
was to end the two-year deployment of attack submarines which were
positioned within striking distance of al Qaeda's Afghanistan camps,
even as the group's guilt for the Cole bombing was established,
proves
that a transition from one administration to the next is never an
easy
task.
<
That so many influential figures in and close to the Bush White House
had expressed, just a year before the attacks, the need for a "new
Pearl Harbor" before their militarist ambitions could be fulfilled,
demonstrates nothing more than the accidental virtue of being in the
right place at the right time.

That the company PTECH, founded by a Saudi financier placed on
America's Terrorist Watch List in October 2001, had access to the
FAA's entire computer system for two years before the 9/11 attack,
means he must not have been such a threat after all.
<
That whistleblower Indira Singh was told to keep her mouth shut and
forget what she learned when she took her concerns about PTECH to her
employers and federal authorities, suggests she lacked the big
picture. And that the Chief Auditor for JP Morgan Chase told Singh
repeatedly, as she answered questions about who supplied her with
what
information, that "that person should be killed," suggests he should
take an anger management seminar.
<
That on May 8, 2001, Dick Cheney took upon himself the job of
co-ordinating a response to domestic terror attacks even as he was
crafting the administration's energy policy which bore implications
for America's military, circumventing the established infrastructure
and ignoring the recommendations of the Hart-Rudman report, merely
shows the VP to be someone who finds it hard to delegate.
<
That the standing order which covered the shooting down of hijacked
aircraft was altered on June 1, 2001, taking discretion away from
field commanders and placing it solely in the hands of the Secretary
of Defense, is simply poor planning and unfortunate timing.
Fortunately the error has been corrected, as the order was rescinded
shortly after 9/11.
<
That in the weeks before 9/11, FBI agent Colleen Rowley found her
investigation of Zacarias Moussaoui so perversely thwarted that her
colleagues joked that bin Laden had a mole at the FBI, proves the
stress-relieving virtue of humor in the workplace.

<
That Dave Frasca of the FBI's Radical Fundamentalist Unit received a
promotion after quashing multiple, urgent requests for investigations
into al Qaeda assets training at flight schools in the summer of 2001
does appear on the surface odd, but undoubtedly there's a good reason
for it, quite possibly classified.
<
That FBI informant Randy Glass, working an undercover sting, was told
by Pakistani intelligence operatives that the World Trade Center
towers were coming down, and that his repeated warnings which
continued until weeks before the attacks, including the mention of
planes used as weapons, were ignored by federal authorities, is
simply
one of the many "What Ifs" of that tragic day.
<
That over the summer of 2001 Washington received many urgent,
senior-level warnings from foreign intelligence agencies and
governments - including those of Germany, France, Great Britain,
Russia, Egypt, Israel, Morocco, Afghanistan and others - of impending
terror attacks using hijacked aircraft and did nothing, demonstrates
the pressing need for a new Intelligence Czar.
<
That John Ashcroft stopped flying commercial aircraft in July 2001 on
account of security considerations had nothing to do with warnings
regarding September 11, because he said so to the 9/11 Commission.
<
That former lead counsel for the House David Schippers says he'd
taken
to John Ashcroft's office specific warnings he'd learned from FBI
agents in New York of an impending attack - even naming the proposed
dates, names of the hijackers and the targets - and that the
investigations had been stymied and the agents threatened, proves
nothing but David Schipper's pathetic need for attention.
<
That Garth Nicolson received two warnings from contacts in the
intelligence community and one from a North African head of state,
which included specific site, date and source of the attacks, and
passed the information to the Defense Department and the National
Security Council to evidently no effect, clearly amounts to nothing,
since virtually nobody has ever heard of him.
<
That in the months prior to September 11, self-described US
intelligence operative Delmart Vreeland sought, from a Toronto jail
cell, to get US and Canadian authorities to heed his warning of his
accidental discovery of impending catastrophic attacks is worthless,
since Vreeland was a dubious character, notwithstanding the fact that
many of his claims have since been proven true.
<
That FBI Special Investigator Robert Wright claims that agents
assigned to intelligence operations actually protect terrorists from
investigation and prosecution, that the FBI shut down his probe into
terrorist training camps, and that he was removed from a
money-laundering case that had a direct link to terrorism, sounds
like
yet more sour grapes from a disgruntled employee.
<
That George Bush had plans to invade Afghanistan on his desk before
9/11 demonstrates only the value of being prepared.
<
The suggestion that securing a pipeline across Afghanistan figured
into the White House's calculations is as ludicrous as the assertion
that oil played a part in determining war in Iraq.

That Afghanistan is once again the world's principal heroin producer
is an unfortunate reality, but to claim the CIA is still actively
involved in the narcotics trade is to presume bad faith on the part
of
the agency.
<
Mahmood Ahmed, chief of Pakistan's ISI, must not have authorized an
al
Qaeda payment of $100,000 to Mohammed Atta days before the attacks,
and was not meeting with senior Washington officials over the week of
9/11, because I didn't read anything about him in the official
report.
<
That Porter Goss met with Ahmed the morning of September 11 in his
capacity as Chairman of the House Permanent Select Committee on
Intelligence has no bearing whatsoever upon his recent selection by
the White House to head the Central Intelligence Agency.
<
That Goss's congressional seat encompasses the 9/11 hijackers'
Florida
base ...

Have you ever heard of "gravity" idiot
When your bicycle falls to the ground does your bicycle implode or
fall over sideways?
Neither. It falls straight down until it hits the ground.
It doesn't fall straight down. If it did then it would implode and all
the steel would bend and the bicycle would pulverise into a million
pieces and there would be a big dust cloud.

A kooks picture of gravity is not a pretty thing.
Only bit correct in that strange statement is that the steel frame of
his tricycle would bend..
For something to be falling at an angle it has to have a force acting
upon it.

The bicycle won't fall stright down. It will fall around its centre of
gravity. You know what I'm saying by straight down. You pretend to be
smart picking ambiguiity with the use of "striaght down".

The towers could not fall straight down as they did unless there was
no resistance. We have another term here called inertia.

According to Benson, donations in Zebuhr's memory may be made online
at the Clemson University Foundation Web site atwww.clemson.edu.

According to Benson, donations in Zebuhr's memory may be made online
at the Clemson University Foundation Web site atwww.clemson.edu.

--> THE COINCIDENCE THEORIST'S GUIDE TO 911 <--
<

<

<
Florida
base ...
