Post by NefeshBarYochaiA new Gallup poll shows that support for Israel among Americans has
dropped to its lowest level in at least 25 years, while sympathy for
Palestinians is at a record high.
I just looked into Israel’s credit rating -- you know, the scorecard by
which the world’s financial gnomes decide whether a country is a good
investment for lending money to or not.
If you recall, at the time Israel invaded Gaza, its credit rating
according to Moody’s was A1. Then, early last year, they dropped it to A2.
Just a few months ago it was downgraded again, to Baa1.
S&P’s ratings for Israel have also been on a downward slide. And both have
it marked as “outlook: negative” since about the start of the Gaza war.
